LOVSTER first opened its shack in Canggu-Bali in 2017. We now bring wild-caught, traceable and sustainably harvested Bali Lobster and selections of tasty local seafood in Bali.
Our lobster rolls feature seafood as the star and are made-to-order. Nothing is pre-mixed, and ingredients other than lobster are light accents that can be omitted by request. At LOVSTER, we only serve tropical wild sea lobster, and all of our seafood is sourced sustainably, traced to its source, and bought from local fisherman where possible.
