LOVSTER first opened its shack in Canggu-Bali in 2017. We now bring wild-caught, traceable and sustainably harvested local Lobster and selections of tasty local seafood in Bali.
We serve seafood straight from the source, prepared pure and simple, without the filler. We pair our seafood with bisques, classic sides, local craft beers and sodas. We work together with longtime-partners who uphold our commitment to sourcing superior, sustainable ingredients and strive to support other small businesses, many of which are based in local to the cities where we’ve opened shacks like Canggu and Tabanan in Badung, Bali.
Opening our Fast-Casual Restaurant at Petitenget, Seminyak in 2019 is such a big leap for us and allows us to grow responsibly while maintaining our commitment to serving 100% traceable seafood in all of our shacks and restaurant.
